Hope for everybody who can’t eat/drink milk:) These rice milk chocolates are delicious: www.bonvita.com For these muffins I used “Rice Milk” chocolate and “White Rice Milk” chocolate, together with a dark chocolate and soy milk – it’s really hard to tell the difference… |
Finally! I got the posters from the Tim Walker Desigmuseum exhibition!.
Too bad I have to wait ’til september to get them framed – still everything closed in Bcn:(

I felt like carrot cupcakes today…
The only cakes you can get in a deserted Barcelona in August,
are the ones in Starbucks – and they’re as greasy as the tourist patatas bravas on Las Ramblas….

Something I really miss are the Poppy Seed cakes in Germany.
I remember my uncle buying a suitcase full of Poppy Seed Baking Mixes everytime he visited Germany.
I managed to find Poppy Seeds in a small herb shop in Gracia and combined them with sweet pears and marzipan…Still warm it’s delicious!
